Terms of Service

By purchasing our services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

First of all
★ Any unauthorized use of our artwork, including but not limited to AI training, is strictly prohibited. NFT usage is strictly forbidden as well.
★ If you are not comfortable with my T.O.S. and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
★ Please read this entirely and carefully.
★ If you have any questions, please contact us.General:
★ By commissioning us, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms listed here.
★ You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to us.
★ You, the Client, may display our work on any other sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to us.
★ You may NOT upload or host our work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
★ You may NOT claim our work as your own.
★ You are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use our works without our permission.
★ You are NOT authorized to trace over our Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
★ By commissioning us, you are purchasing our service as an artist/or rigger only.
★ We reserve the right to post your finished artwork in our gallery for any reason.
★ We reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
★ We reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if we no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.Copyright:
★ We reserve the right to sign and/or watermark our own work. We will send you a full resolution image (by email or via google docs), but our signature will remain on both the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.
★ You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by us by creating a copy image with your name added as well (ie. through a watermark) when uploading on external sites.
★ We retain all copyright over our work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.Ordering:
★ If you commissioning vtuber model art please provide ref sheet of your character or provide us with a finished character in a very detailed description.
★ There is no Tiers 1-4 of vtubers we make. Rigging will be done to the maximum I can provide. We accept only fullbody models and chibi fullbody models.
★ If you have any wishes (art/rig) - tell us (even if it's not in the extras). The best way - references.
★ If your character is extremely detailed, we have the right to charge a fee to include these details.
★ These apply to both art and rig.
★ Progress (art) may be streamed and posted. If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.Payment:
★ We are not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
★ Payment will be made through freelance platform we provide and will be done via Paypal there.
★ We reserve the right to walkthrough You with freelance platform we provide and how to make your payment.
★ Payment plan is acceptable and discussed.
★ After the discussed amount of payment is sent - we will start sketching part.
★ Afterwards, the sketch will be sent to you for further adjustments.Refunds:
★ If we have to cancel an order you will be fully refunded.
★ We can refund 100% of the payment only if we have not started working on the sketch.
★ Once we start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
★ If we agree on a payment plan and we start the commission after the first deposit has been done, we will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.Work process and deadlines:
★ Client must make changes to the image when the model Art is on a sketch part. Model Art won't be changed when is devided on 300+ layers.
★ Client must not send reminders until our discussed deadline period has passed. Reminders will be ignored if they relate to anything that I have prioritized above your project.
★ No harassment over our work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
★ You will be notified of any delays.
★ Client is responsible to ensure it's order contains the details client wanted us to follow.
★ We are not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished work if no feedback was given to amend it.
★ Client may ask for WIPs every 2 weeks.Final product
★ All vtubers will be ready to use in VTubestudio (tracking software).
★ Vtuber model will be tested after the work is finished. Still if you find something wrong (something 100% should not be there) or if something is missing (ex. not enough toggles) - it will be fixed.
★ Once you have received your Vtuber model, you will need to calibrate it for your movements. We will help you if you are struggling with the VTubestudio settings.
★ We use IOS for vtuber model tracking. Keep in mind that your Vtuber model may react different if you are using webcam/webcam+rtx/etc.
★ If you are not satisfied with something - we may try fixing it (if possible) in 1 week you received your model.
★ We reserve the right to reject critiques relating to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of our work.
★ For Vtuber models, a medium to high performance PC is recommended.
★ We do updates for your finished Vtuber in case you decide to upgrade it by adding extras IF we are free and it is possible.
★ We are not required to post your project in any public space. We have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as You should have your own copy for personal use.
★ Client is responsible for saving any information, illustrations, ready model and other digital data we provide.
★ We strongly recommend making a copy of received model just in case before calibrating and changing anything.Other:
★ Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, and/or non-constructive will result in blacklisting.
★ Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
★ These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is our intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.
★ These terms may be modified
